These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of laws. Except as described otherwise, all materials on this Site are made available only to provide information about Lionheart and make no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with the applicable local laws. Other We reserve the right, for any reason, in our sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site. We may also impose limits on certain features of the Site or restrict your access to part or all of the Site without notice or penalty.
Online Store Terms.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and are of legal drinking age in the United Kingdom. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your services.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, for any reason at any time. You understand your content (not including credit/debit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to confirm and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit/Debit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to duplicate, reproduce or copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact through the website on which the Service is provided, without express written permission by Us.
All orders placed on this website are subject to stock availability. In the event that stock is not available for an order that has been placed, a refund to the original payment method will be made. We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Requests for returns must be made by emailing shop@lionheartale.com.
Delivery.
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders are shipped using DHL or Royal Mail where shipping times are a maximum of 2 working days. Therefore, all orders should be received within 5 working days from the date of the order. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 but is free on orders of 16 bottles or more. We currently only ship to UK Mainland. In such circumstances whereby these providers cannot be used, an alternative solution will be found. These may offer service fulfillment times outside of those stated above and, in some instances, outside of our reasonable control, shipping may take longer than the time specified above.
Payment.
Payment must be made in full (the Payment Term). Payments are processed by Paypal (Payment Provider) and will be deducted at the time of order. After payment has been received, goods will be dispatched.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all information submitted is accurate. Failure to do so may result in errors in processing any orders placed. Please ensure that all information submitted, including but not limited to name, delivery address and contact details are accurate.
